Simple — just drop us an email at admin@tapqard.co.uk telling us what you'd like changed. All monthly plans include up to 2 updates per month as standard. We'll turn it around within 48 hours.

Once you've chosen your package and paid your setup fee, we'll send you a short intake form. It covers your business name, what you do, your links (Instagram, WhatsApp, booking platform etc.), any photos you want on the site, and your colour preferences. That's it. We handle everything from there.

The Tap package is live within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake form. The Full Card takes 3–5 working days to allow for card design and revisions. The Works takes 7–10 working days to include printing and postage. The clock starts the moment your form lands with us — so the quicker you send it, the quicker you're live.

Absolutely not. You fill in a form, we do everything else. No logins, no dashboards, no code. When something needs updating you message us and it gets done. That's the whole point.

Just let us know and we'll get it sorted. One update covers multiple changes made at the same time — so swapping out links, updating photos and changing your bio all in one email counts as a single update. The 2 per month allowance is based on how many times you contact us, not how many individual changes you request.

Yes. If you already have a price list online — a link to a Google Doc, a PDF, or a page on an existing site — we'll add a direct link to it. If you don't have one yet, just list your services and prices in your intake form and we'll build a clean, branded price list section directly into your page.
